Set of 8 high performance exhaust valves (25 mm oversize diameter) for the Suzuki GSXR 1000 K5, K6, K7 and K8 (2005 to 2008).
 
These are Stainless Steel valves that replace the original Titanium Valves. They are heavier but also much stronger for turbo, nitrous or other applications. They may require upgraded valve springs for perfect operation.
 
Made of the best grade stainless steel (EV8 / 21-4N) commonly found in high performance valves used for racing or modified engines (N/A, turbo or nitrous), these are a great improvement over the standard valves in strength and heat resistance.
 
These valves are finished with a durable black nitride coating to avoid stem wear and increase durability. These valves also have hardened valve tips.
 
Race Series is our new design with a 30º Back Cut to improve airflow and smooth the transition to the seat area as well as other improvements aimed at saving weight by optimizing valve dimensions.
 
These valves are 31 mm (+1mm oversize) and were designed to work with the original valve seat requiring only usual valve seat machining.Oversize valves are a great way of increasing cylinder head flow for modified and big bore engines.
