2. Eligibility for Return

• Only items that are defective due to manufacturing faults are eligible for return. We will not accept returns based on incorrect purchases, changes of mind, or misapplication.

• An item is deemed defective if it does not function as advertised or shows visible manufacturing flaws upon receipt.

3. Return Period

• You have 14 days from the date of delivery to notify us of the defect and initiate a return.

4. How to Initiate a Return

• Contact our Customer Service team at abusoracing@gmail.com providing:

  • Order number.

  • Description of the defect (attach clear photographs or videos showcasing the defect).

  • Your contact details.

• Upon verification, we will confirm your Return and provide further instructions on how to proceed.

5. Shipping and Handling

• Returns must be shipped back in the original packaging or equivalent.

• Ensure items are protected against damage during transit.

• Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. However, if upon inspection, the item is confirmed to be defective due to a manufacturing fault, we will refund the return shipping costs.

6. Inspection and Refund

• Once the returned item is received, we will inspect the product.

• If the defect is confirmed, a full refund or a replacement (as per customer's choice) will be initiated within 7 business days of confirmation.

• Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment.

7. International Returns

• For international returns, please note that customs duties, taxes, or any other charges incurred during the original shipment or return shipment will not be refunded by ABUSO.

• Ensure to mark the package as "Returned Goods" to avoid additional charges.

8. Disclaimer

• Items returned without prior communication, or after the 14-day return period will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender at their expense.

• ABUSO reserves the right to refuse returns that are not in accordance with our return policy.
