Set of 8 Shim Under Buckets/Lifters/Tappets for the:

These buckets are used to convert the original heavy bucket and shim to a more modern arrangement where the shim is held by the modified retainer bellow the bucket like it is commonly used in most current high performance motorcycles. These buckets must be used with ABUSO Shim Under Titanium Retainers.
These buckets have various advantages:
1 - The shim will not spit out when using aggressive camshafts and increasing the RPM limit because it is held between the retainer and the bucket.
2 - There is a great reduction in valvetrain weight that allows more RPM and more aggressive camshafts using the same valve spring pressures, avoiding valve float.
The orginal bucket and adjustment shim (29,5mm diameter) weight 50g and the ABUSO Shim Under Conversion (with 13mm shims) weights only 38g. This is a 12g improvement per valve - just from the bucket and shims!
The titanium retainers save another 5g over the original steel retainer for a total of 17g per valve!
These buckets are compatible with stock base circle cams.
