High-performance engine components require expert installation. All warranties and return claims are void if the parts are not installed by a certified professional mechanic. ABUSO Racing is not responsible for damages resulting from improper installation.

3. Limitation of Liability
ABUSO Racing shall not be liable for any engine failure, mechanical damage, personal injury, or death resulting from the use or misuse of our products. Racing is inherently dangerous; you use these parts at your own risk.

4. International Shipping & Customs
For international orders (including USA), the buyer is responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs fees charged by their country. ABUSO Racing is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
